Thanks for visiting my website, I'm Pippa
I'm an established integrative therapist practicing across Brighton and Hove
Working with adolescents and adults both short and long term.

People seek counselling for all sorts of personal reasons, sometimes due to a specific event, such as a trauma or a loss, or because they want to explore making a change in their life.

Life today can be fast paced, requiring us to do multiple tasks at any one time. When our minds are constantly in doing mode, thinking and actioning, we can often loose touch with how to just be and struggle to connect or find a purpose.

Counselling can help you

My practice is integrative, incorporating EMDR for a trauma focussed approach.

My sessions are routed in a humanistic approach, they are client led heavily influenced by mindfulness with the integration of cognitive and behavioural models.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and on the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care register.

"I was pleased to find a counsellor who I felt could relate to me. Pippa helped me to vocalise, I am now more confident and less anxious."

"Pippa was supportive, but also challenged my views - this helped me gain the tools to analyse my own thoughts, This has helped me to view myself differently and built my resilience."

"Pippa was professional kind and fun, I felt safe and well cared for, I learnt to love myself and have developed foundations for infinite growth."
